Fresher Telecaller / Web Consultant – US Process (Night Shift)

Designation: Business Development Executive

We are hiring freshers who can speak good English and are comfortable talking to US customers on phone.
No previous BPO or US process experience is required — full training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

  • Call US customers and explain our website & IT services
  • Follow a simple calling script
  • Handle customer queries and objections
  • Book appointments or close deals
  • Maintain daily call records
  • All calls will be recorded for training and quality

Training, Salary & Incentives

  • Paid training stipend: ₹5,000 per month

  • After completing the 3-month paid training (stipend) period, selected candidates will be moved to a fixed salary structure from 15 to 18k along with higher performance-based incentives
