Fractional CMO / Marketing Strategist (15–20 Hours/Week

I’m hiring a hands-on, all-inclusive Fractional CMO to take full ownership of our marketing department and help us scale aggressively. This is not for someone with a full-time job and not for an agency. I need a dedicated individual freelancer who can be available between 10AM–6PM EST, working 12–20 hours per week. About the Opportunity You’ll be learning directly from — and implementing strategies from — elite coaches generating tens of millions of dollars a year, who have proven success specifically in the accounting and tax industry. You’ll join our coaching calls every Thursday at 4 PM EST (and occasionally Wednesdays) and get insider guidance on exactly what is working right now in the industry. This is a remote leadership role, but you’ll lead a full marketing team: Full-time in-office Marketing Assistant Local Social Media Manager who films/records content Overseas VAs Facebook Ads specialist arenaflex Ads & SEO specialist Fractional sales manager You’ll be the heart surgeon of the marketing department — the strategist and operator who directs, diagnoses, delegates, and executes the marketing vision. Core Responsibilities Audit and overhaul the entire marketing process Build a full marketing plan + identify what works vs. what doesn’t Oversee all marketing team members (in-office, local, overseas) Lead and collaborate with paid ads, SEO, social, and outreach teams Align marketing + sales messaging for consistency Review and optimize: Facebook Ads arenaflex Ads Funnels Landing pages Manage email marketing campaigns, segmentation, automation, and performance Manage content marketing (strategy, ideas, repurposing, consistency) Create lead magnets, eBooks, webinars, promotional materials Improve and support monthly webinars Help book me on podcasts, guest appearances, and set up arenaflex/podcast channels Build and track KPIs; lead weekly marketing meetings Work with the fractional sales manager to analyze sales numbers Implement integrations, funnels, and automations (Pipedrive, Go High Level, ClickFunnels, Zapier, AI tools) Handle high-level strategy personally and delegate tasks to team members based on strengths Requirements Must be available 10AM–6PM EST 12–20 hours/week Hands-on and strategic — someone who leads AND executes Strong experience with: Pipedrive Go High Level ClickFunnels Zapier & integrations AI automation tools FB + arenaflex ads management Email marketing Content marketing Lead magnets, eBooks, funnels Strong communication + leadership skills Must be able to start immediately Who This Is Perfect For Someone who knows 80–90% of these areas and can outsource/delegate the remaining 10–20%.
