FP Administration Assistant (AU Client - Remote)

<strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Producing Portfolio Reviews and documents for assessment in preparation for client meetings with the use of a financial planning software program.</li><li>This will involve:</li><ul><li>Inputting data provided by a manager in the financial planning software.</li><li>Reviewing the data in the financial planning software to ensure it is accurate.</li><li>Generating and compiling reports from the financial planning software.</li><li>Using the financial planning software to prepare other documents.<br></li></ul><li>Assisting in administration tasks for client meetings and on an ongoing basis (e.g., account applications)</li><li>Managing data in a financial planning software, including:</li><ul><li>Setting up new clients and related information in the software</li><li>Updating investment information in the financial planning software regularly</li><li>All administrative processing & workflow management<br></li></ul><li>Admin team coordination</li><li>Database maintenance</li><li>Proactively work with internal and external business units to anticipate administrative requirements and deliver to deadlines.</li><li>Support the end-to-end processes associated with administration, onboarding processes, drafting correspondence, and completion of tasks where required.</li><li>Contacting and speaking with suppliers and product providers.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelors degree in finance, Commerce, Business or Accounting (highly advantageous)</li><li>At least 3 years of work experience in financial planning.</li><li>Experience I or exposure to X-Plan (highly advantageous)</li><li>Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.</li><li>Preferred experience working with Australian clients.</li><li>Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Must be highly engaged, focused, and data-driven, and must be approachable and professional<br><br><br></li></ul><em>Join our team and enjoy these benefits & perks:<br><br></em><ul><li>Medical, dental, and life insurance from day one</li><li>Paid vacation and sick leave (with quarterly conversion)</li><li>Competitive salary and annual appraisals</li><li>Financial assistance program</li><li>Mandatory government benefits and 13th-month pay</li><li>Regular company events, promoting work-life balance and career growth<br><br><br></li></ul><em>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted</em>
