Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position What you can expect Zoom is seeking an FP&A Analyst, Go-To-Market to join our GTM Finance team. As an FP&A Analyst, GTM, you will be a key business partner providing financial support to Zooms Online organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts, track performance, and drive data-informed decisions that fuel scalable growth. Comfort with ambiguity paired with the desire to deeply learn the business and follow things through is crucial to success in this role. About the Team The GTM Finance team drives strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support Zoom’s growth and profitability. The team analyzes financial data, monitors key performance indicators, and provides insights to leadership to inform decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization. In addition to Enterprise customers, we also have a significant number of customers who subscribe to our services directly through our website (“Online customers” or “Online business”). Online customers represent a diverse customer base, ranging from individual consumers to small and medium-size businesses. We continue to focus on acquisition and retention of our Online customer base through various strategies to improve the features and functionalities of our products and services. Responsibilities • Assisting Business Planning & Budgeting: Supporting the Online Finance team with the annual operating plan and rolling forecast cycles, ensuring alignment with corporate targets. Helping build, update, and maintain financial models used for revenue projections and scenario planning. • Reviewing Financial Performance: Analyzing financial results, identifying trends and drivers, and providing root-cause insights on variances against plan. • Providing Operational & Financial Reporting: Managing the preparation and presentation of financial reports for Finance and Online Leadership. • Implementing Process Improvements: Driving automation and standardization of financial reporting and planning processes through AI and advanced analytics tools. • Supporting M&A Activities: Providing general integration support for acquisitions as business needs arise. • Business Partnership: Becoming a trusted member of the team who supports management in decision-making by developing financial models and providing actionable data-driven insights. • Analytical Collaboration: Working with the Online Leadership and management teams to track and analyze key performance indicators and drivers of the online business. • Cross-Functional Teaming: Partnering with Online and GTM Finance peers to ensure consistency across reporting dimensions, regions and segments. What were looking for • Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in Finance, with a focus on GTM Finance/FP&A, or Corporate Finance. Experience at a SaaS company with B2B and B2C motions in nice-to-have. • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting with a sharp attention to detail. • Clear and concise communication skills, capable of summarizing complex data for various stakeholders. • Comfortable handling a mix of structured reporting requirements and ad-hoc support tasks. • Advanced arenaflex Office/arenaflex Workspace skills. • Demonstrated experience with Anaplan, Oracle ERP, and similar platforms. • BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake) and SQL / Python a plus, with a desire to learn and grow in this area. • Experience with AI-driven automation and process optimization is nice-to-have. Salary Range or On arenaflex Earnings: Minimum: $65,400.00 Maximum: $158,700.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
