Role overview

As a Moderator, your mission is to create a safe and positive gaming environment for all players and communities. You will play a vital role in protecting gamers from harmful content, including harassment, hate speech, and unnecessary violence. By diligently monitoring and filtering content, you will ensure they can enjoy their passion without fear of harassment, unwanted content or bullying. What are we looking for? Our Trust & Safety Moderator has a knack for the following skills:

Communication:

Moderate digital content, including text, images, and videos, with a keen eye for identifying harmful or inappropriate material.

Audit and assess interactions, ensuring they are rated accurately based on their severity level.

Our Moderation test will require typing, so we would encourage you to take it on a computer and make sure you have the keyboard in your language settings to facilitate its completion. Once you submit your test, the assessment will take approximately 48-72 hours to be evaluated.
If you successfully pass the test - we’ll invite you for the online Interview via MS Teams with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. It’s a perfect chance to exchange questions and get to know each other better. For some projects there might be a second interview with a Team Lead or an Operations Manager.
