Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Food Counter Attendant. As part of a vibrant team in a fast-paced food service environment, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers

  • Prepare, assemble, and package food and drinks according to company standards

  • Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, dining area, and food preparation stations

  • Handle payments via cash, credit, and debit transactions

  • Replenish condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed

  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

  • Assist kitchen and support staff when necessary

  • Report any customer complaints or feedback to supervisors promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

  • Willingness to learn new tasks and processes

Experience

  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided

  • Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant or similar environment is an asset but not mandatory

Working Hours

  • Shifts may vary (morning, afternoon, evening)
