Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer

We are looking for a knowledgeable, ambitious, energetic, motivating Coach to join our team! You will be working closely with a team of dedicated fitness professionals and the top trainers in the area! Our Coaches are here to coach training sessions, retain current clients, provide amazing customer service and execute our amazing Training workouts! RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading Power of Fitness TEAM and Small Group Training sessions. Willingness to work early morning sessions & flexible hours (Monday to Sunday) Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly with regards to heart rate, exercise technique, posture, and spine, as well as joint stress and stability when resistance training; while members are kept motivated and encouraged Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with regressions and progressions for all fitness levels from beginners to elite Set up equipment layout for sessions as needed and maintain a clean, organized, energetic, fun club to achieve member retention Assist with sales promotions and activities Be a brand ambassador inside and outside the Anytime Fitness walls. Engage and establish relationships with potential members and ultimately convert potential members into members Ensure club is kept impeccably clean (bathrooms and workout area) Use personal and business social media page to promote club on a regular basis Motivate members during and after training Deliver instruction using the AF Training verbiage.
