Financial Systems Implementer - D365 BC - NYC/Remote - $120k Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Financial Systems Implementer to join our client's IT team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing their arenaflex Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to support a growing consumer products distribution business. The primary focus of this Functional Analyst position will be for training, SOP creation, business process improvement, and support. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for end users, focusing on financial and operational modules. • Create user documentation, SOPs, and quick reference guides tailored to Finance and Operations. • Provide helpdesk support and training reinforcement to users before and after go-lives. • Serve as the subject matter expert on accounting-related ERP functionality (GL, AR/AP, Bank Recs, Fixed Assets, etc.). • Ensure system processes comply with GAAP and internal controls. • Support month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and reporting directly within Business Central. • Analyze and improve business and accounting workflows. • Recommend and implement ERP-based automation solutions. • Translate business and finance requirements into functional ERP configurations. • Participate in all phases of ERP projects, leading training and support during go-live. • Work cross-functionally and act as liaison between end users and technical teams. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in a functional consultant / business analyst capacity • Hands-on experience with arenaflex Dynamics 365 Business Central • Strong understanding of accounting/finance processes with the ability to interface with Controllers, CFOs, FP&A, etc. • Must have experience using work flow tools such as Tango, Clicklearn, Scribe, or Visio • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
