Financial Analyst II – Sales & Marketing Support

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst II who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys cross-functional partnership, and is ready to level up their FP&A career in a highly visible role.

As a key financial partner to our Demand organization (Sales + Marketing), you will:

Drive Financial Insights & Decision Support

  • Serve as a core member of a designated Business Team and collaborate closely with Brand teams.
  • Prepare and analyze month-end financials, including profitability reporting, shipment trends, trade spending, and market share.
  • Build forward-looking P&L modeling for M&A evaluations, customer investments, and new product launches.

Lead Forecasting & Budgeting Activities

  • Support quarterly forecasts and annual sales budget planning.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, trade promotion planning, and S&OP discussions.

Deliver Strategic Analysis

  • Analyze shipment performance, category/market share shifts, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Capture financial results and forward projections for annual Marketing Plans and Reviews.
  • Provide actionable insights that drive strategy and improve business performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of financial analysis experience, ideally within FP&A, CPG, or a data-centric environment.
  • Advanced Excel expertise—modeling, scenario analysis, and complex financial structures.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a feedback-rich, team-based culture.
  • Direct partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership.
  • Exposure to high-impact business decisions—including pricing, product innovation, and customer strategy.
