Description

ASC is looking for a highly accountable, established Sales individual to fill our Outside Sales opening for a Mechanical Specialist covering the Minnesota/Wisconsin Region. Primary efforts are directed toward established Contractors and Engineers while partnering with Rep Agencies and Distributors to gain market share within the industry. Utilizing sales knowledge/strategies to grow sales of ASC’s family of products, all while earning a competitive base salary plus commissions.


How You Will Help

  • Excel at demand generation through professionally demonstrating expertise and solutions selling to achieve a sales target
  • Build lasting relationships across a broad range of ASC-ES, contractor, engineer, rep agency, distributor and industry constituents
  • Select, demonstrate and promote the best ASC-ES product solutions for specific end user applications to various customers
  • Partner with rep agency facing sales team to assure sales closure, incremental product placement and achieve sales targets
  • Develop new contractor and project prospects pipeline for the ASC-ES full product lines
  • Establish expertise and train key decision makers and users to ensure company-wide buy in for ASC-ES products
  • Act as the front-line champion for the success of ASC-ES new product rollouts
  • Integrate into local trade organizations and associations to leverage contractor relationships for demand generation
  • Be the product team’s eyes/ears about what is happening in the field from contractors. Engineers, and competition
  • Embrace, utilize and demonstrate fluency in sales technology such as CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft Suite of products
  • Learn about and promote to end customers the use of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools and their relevance in selling at ASC-ES
  • 70% Contractor / 10% Engineer / 10% Distribution / 10% Administrative
  • Manage deliverables to annual expense budget
