The Fashion Stylist - on call role supports QVC & HSN, and is responsible for the styling and execution of Apparel and Accessory programming to support QVC's live television broadcast in West Chester, PA.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite & part time and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA headquarters daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

  • Please note that we look for candidates that are open to working any day of the week, and any time of day, due to the nature of our programming.

  • Your shift will primarily cover evening and overnight shifts, including midnight kickoffs. You must have availability to work different shifts as dictated by needs of the business, including weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for execution of Today's Special Value kickoffs, premier shows, designer shows, remote broadcast, etc.

  • Pre-style and prep wardrobe for models

  • Collaborate with Senior Fashion Stylist to ensure appropriate brand presentation and styling.

  • Interpret style guides and creative decks to style to the brands while differentiating from own personal style.

  • Maximize sales opportunities by styling with all QVC product, both within brand and across brands.

  • Create model line ups, determining number and specification of models in each sell and which colors to be featured on each model.

  • Maintain direct relationship between the models and the live show. Responsible for model management during the show.

  • Maintain consistent communication with production teams during show and troubleshoot unexpected situations arising from the live show (Example: line up changes, late product adds, etc).

  • Responsible for daily maintenance and organization of models closet inventory.

  • Responsible for product acquisition, steaming wardrobe, organizing and returning product after completion of show.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Styling or a related field

  • 2+ Years of RECENT AND DIRECTLY RELATED Styling Experience in a similar environment

  • 2+ Years of Assistant Fashion Styling professional experience

  • You have availability to work different shifts as dictated by needs of the business, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

  • You will work in a dynamic "live show" atmosphere, while keeping a professional composure.

  • You understand fashion styling elements based on brand, fit, silhouette.

  • You will coordinate outfits and accessories along with ensuring fit on models.

  • You will manage a high volume work load, operating at an accelerated pace.
