We’re looking for an organised, creative and fashion-forward individual with a passion for womenswear and e-commerce. You’ll contribute to fast-paced photoshoots ensuring every look reflects SHEIN’s unique blend of accessibility, diversity and global style.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Style and execute high-volume e-commerce photoshoots achieving daily targets of approximately 50 samples per day.</li><li>Prepare shoot sets efficiently by steaming garments, curating accessories and ensuring all looks are shoot-ready.</li><li>Source and manage cost-effective styling items that complement the SHEIN aesthetic and meet brand guidelines.</li><li>Create on-trend commercial outfit combinations tailored to diverse customer demographics and fashion categories.</li><li>Support the Styling Manager with administrative and operational tasks including reports and data tracking.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Styling Assistants to maintain smooth daily workflow and ensure consistency across shoots.</li><li>Maintain and seasonally refresh the styling wardrobe, ensuring items are organised relevant and trend-aligned.</li><li>Create styling decks for upcoming e-commerce shoots.</li><li>Provide cover for Styling Assistants during absences to ensure seamless studio operations.</li><li>Keep the studio and wardrobe clean organised and ready for the next day’s production.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in an e-commerce fashion styling environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of commercial styling and awareness of current high street and digital trends.</li><li>Confident working to daily targets in a fast-paced creative studio environment.</li><li>Able to follow and interpret brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency.</li><li>A developing styling portfolio or examples of e-commerce styling experience.</li><li>Excellent time management organisation and multi-tasking abilities.</li><li>A proactive positive team player who thrives in a collaborative trend-driven environment.</li></ul><p><b>Why Join SHEIN</b></p><p>At SHEIN we’re continuously evolving and growing within the global fashion industry.
