Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser to join our creative team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion trends, consumer behavior, and product development cycles. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product planning, coordinating with design and buying teams, analyzing sales data, and ensuring alignment with market demands and brand identity. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design, buying, and marketing teams to create compelling seasonal product assortments.

  • Conduct market research and trend forecasting to inform product selection and timing.

  • Develop and maintain merchandise plans, line sheets, and assortment strategies.

  • Coordinate product launches and delivery timelines in sync with production and sourcing teams.

  • Analyze sales performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for inventory and reordering.

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure product quality and timely fulfillment.

  • Assist in the pricing strategy and profitability analysis for various product categories.

  • Monitor competitor offerings and consumer feedback to stay ahead of market trends.

  • Maintain digital records of stock, samples, and style specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Management, Retail, or related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and retail merchandising tools such as Joor, NuOrder, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of seasonal trends, target markets, and consumer behavior.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines remotely.

  • Creative eye for fashion with a strong sense of color, fit, and styling.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in fashion merchandising, buying, or retail coordination.

  • Previous experience in remote collaboration with international or cross-functional teams is a plus.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail trends is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time | Monday to Friday

  • Flexible work hours with mandatory availability for team calls between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST

  • Occasional evening availability may be required for coordination with global vendors or clients.

  • In-depth knowledge of garment lifecycle, merchandising calendars, and fashion supply chain.

  • Analytical mindset with an ability to draw insights from data.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced virtual setting.
