Experienced Remote Customer Service Agent – Airline Ticketing and Gate Operations Specialist at arenaflex

Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As a Ticket/Gate Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, as well as making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary travel documentation. Your duties will include: Assisting customers with ticketing and baggage check-in Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds) Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary travel documentation Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.
