As a key member of our Customer and Marketing organization, you'll serve as a strategic thought leader, driving the development of our data product portfolio and strategic capabilities. Your expertise in software engineering, data science, and product management will enable you to develop and execute a long-term vision for our data product portfolio, driving strategies, requirements, and roadmaps that yield long-term customer benefits. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Senior Director, Customer and Marketing Data, Applied AI, and Analytics, you'll be responsible for: * Developing the long-term vision of a data product portfolio or strategic capability that drives strategies, requirements, and roadmaps; understanding the competitive landscape and directly influencing the enterprise in how it makes portfolio-specific decisions; owning the different product roadmaps that make up the product portfolio; and influencing investment choices that yield long-term customer benefits in support of the vision. * Owning and leading the customer, loyalty, and marketing data ecosystem and serving the customer and marketing organization with actionable analytics to support delivering top-line sales and productivity improvements. * Developing a culture of innovation and experimentation and encouraging two-way door initiatives that address customer needs. * Owning annual planning for the product portfolio and representing the team in discussions with executives. * Owning the user experience (UX) and setting the direction for the UX design of products within the product portfolio or strategic capability. * Defining processes and measurements for the team to effectively track development work and triage bugs of products in the product portfolio. * Partnering with relevant stakeholders and leading and owning the development of launch and go-to-market plans of products within the product portfolio or strategic capability. * Identifying issues and blockers that may delay the launch or impede the success of products in the product portfolio or strategic capability, communicating to leadership, assessing alternatives to resolve, and taking action to resolve. * Ensuring customer and business goals remain aligned with identified customer needs; setting the strategy for customer engagement and leading its execution. * Engaging with internal and external thought leaders to drive product leadership within the portfolio. * Leading and owning operational product strategy of the portfolio or strategic capability and ensuring alignment with other portfolio owners. * Facilitating an understanding among the team of broader organizational goals and the role each team plays; auditing team goals and being accountable for product portfolio performance against broader organizational goals. * Leading a team in support of achieving the company's mission.
