In this role, you'll operate as an independent contributor, working directly with enterprise clients to provide data insights while also managing all aspects of the client relationship—much like a Customer Success Manager. You'll ensure clients achieve their business goals using our data products and build long-term partnerships with them. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Customer Success & Relationship Management at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Independent Data Analysis: Work closely with enterprise clients to gather requirements, analyze large datasets, and deliver actionable insights that help them achieve their business objectives. * Customer Success: Take full responsibility for the success of your clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication, ensuring they maximize the value of our data products. Handle support requests, escalations, and proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
