**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Airline Operations and Customer Experience**

As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for above and below wing tasks, including customer interactions and ramp capabilities. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist travelers with their journey needs (e.g., responding to queries, tagging, checking-in passengers and loading flights) in a fast-paced environment. * Work outside in various weather conditions while performing below wing tasks (e.g., transporting luggage and cargo, stacking and offloading equipment and cargo, airplane marshaling, pushing back the aircraft and aircraft deicing). * Perform aircraft prepping and security checks. * Handle boarding and door duties (e.g., assisting and coordinating passengers, making announcements, processing baggage and redesign requests). * Process and secure traveler baggage.
