As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll be responsible for communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications, and ensuring a seamless experience from sign-up to activation. If you're tech-savvy, have excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help people, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility * Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided) * Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications * Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding progress * Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process **Experience** While experience is not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required) * 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required) **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Self-motivation and the ability to work independently * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks * Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications * Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or our downtown San Diego office.
