Job Overview The Customer Service Advisor position at arenaflex is an integral part of our customer support team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, or through the internet. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine problems and provide timely solutions to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met, and they are satisfied with our services. Key Responsibilities Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and exceeds their expectations Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide timely and effective resolutions Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and maximize opportunities to build rapport with customers Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures and protocols Maintain basic knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, and participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Offer additional products and services to customers, as appropriate, and track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, as needed Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma and at least three to six months of relevant experience in customer service.
