**Experienced Customer Experience Associate – Remote Opportunity to Revolutionize Healthy Aging**

We're now seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Associate to join our Member Experience Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in conducting high-volume outreach to new and existing members, leading to increased enrollment and program completion rates. This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of aging adults. **About the Role:** As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Actively conducting outreach via phone, text, and email daily to engage with new and existing members * Successfully completing over 100 outbound calls per day to drive enrollment and program completion rates * Enrolling 25% or more of all connected leads to achieve our mission * Maintaining a 92% or higher customer satisfaction score through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills * Collaborating with our Manager of Member Experience to develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and retention **Essential Skills and Qualifications:** * 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with and actively listen to our members * Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Insightly CRM, and Customer Service platforms, like Zendesk * Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality interactions * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly absorb new information and apply previous experiences to new contexts **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working directly with older adults in a senior living community, fitness instructor, patient advocate/coordinator, or a member-facing role within a digital health startup * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention * Familiarity with Medicare and healthcare industry regulations and guidelines **What We Offer:** * A competitive hourly rate of $20.00-$22.00, with an annual bonus opportunity * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion * Opportunities for professional growth and development, with a focus on building a best-in-class company that will change what it means to age * A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays * A chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of aging adults and contribute to a mission that aligns with your values and passions **About arenaflex:** At arenaflex, we're committed to building an inclusive environment that enables everyone to do their best work.
