Executive Virtual Assistant (Executive Operations + Sales Support) | Full-Time PST

We are hiring a high-performance Virtual Assistant with strong experience in sales support, lead follow-up, CRM management, and operations coordination. This is a full-time, long-term role with growth potential into an Operations Manager position. Also known as the #1 rated and reviewed professional cleaning company in Allen County, Indiana. We are scaling toward: - 150+ bookings per month - 10–15 field team members - A fully systemized remote operations team We operate with structure, accountability, and performance metrics. Position Overview This role combines: - Executive Assistant - Operations Coordinator - Sales Support Specialist - CRM Manager Your primary focus will be lead management and sales conversion, while also supporting scheduling and customer operations. Primary Responsibilities (Sales Support & CRM Management) - Respond immediately to inbound leads - Manage CRM pipeline (Go High Level or similar CRM) - Follow up on estimates and convert leads into booked appointments - Appointment setting and scheduling - Convert one-time customers into recurring service clients - Track lead conversion metrics - Ensure no lead goes without follow-up - Experience with CRM systems and sales follow-up is required. Secondary Responsibilities (Operations & Admin Support) - Manage scheduling software (Booking Koala or similar) - Coordinate with field staff daily - Handle rescheduling and calendar management - Provide customer service support - Maintain organized documentation in Google Workspace Tools We Use - Go High Level (CRM / Sales Pipeline) - Booking Koala (Scheduling Software) - Slack (Team Communication) - Google Workspace - Wise / Remitly Experience with similar tools is acceptable if you learn quickly.
