You\'ll be responsible for managing and organizing the calendars of the Assistant City Managers, skillfully balancing priorities and anticipating scheduling conflicts. In addition to overseeing complex scheduling, you\'ll coordinate all travel arrangements for the Assistant City Managers-from booking logistics to reconciling travel expenses-ensuring everything is timely, accurate, and aligned with City policy.<br><br>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively, coordinate projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently; Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality, managing sensitive communications, and operating with sound judgment under pressure; Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain professional composure in fast-paced environments.<br><br>In this role, you\'ll serve as the Benefits Assistant Coordinator for the Executive and Legislative Department and act as the department liaison with Human Resources and, Kronos timekeeping systems.
