Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our journey. **Key Responsibilities** As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Reviewing customer cases, performing research and analysis to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies * Using customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify opportunities for improvement * Conducting research and interpreting results, translating findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership * Providing insights to the leadership team on process or improvement strategies * Working closely with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on recommendations * Reviewing customer cases, interpreting the life cycle, providing root cause analysis, and making recommendations on improvements * Analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations, and reporting to key stakeholders **Minimum Requirements** * High School or GED * 1-2 years of contact center experience * 2-3 years of customer service experience * 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting **Preferred Qualifications** * Demonstrated experience in data validation * Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools * Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis * Experience in analytics implementation * Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts * Proven skill level in PowerPoint **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
