Join Our Event Team

ABC Rentals Special Events is a locally owned event rental company in Sioux Falls that helps create weddings, corporate events, and community celebrations. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help set up and deliver event equipment.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities to grow into leadership, driving, or event coordination roles.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and tear down event equipment (tents, tables, chairs, linens, etc.)
  • Load and unload trucks for deliveries and pickups
  • Help deliver equipment to event locations
  • Maintain and organize warehouse inventory
  • Inspect and prepare equipment for upcoming events
  • Work with a team to ensure events are set up safely and on time

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred
  • Event industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Reliable and able to work independently when needed
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record

Language Skills

  • Basic English communication required for safety and team coordination
  • Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply

Schedule

  • Full-time or Part-Time
  • Monday–Friday
  • Weekend availability required during busy event seasons
