Evening Part time Cleaner / Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a combined position of Cleaning Supervisor / Cleaning Operative.

Your role will be to clean and service some areas of the site to an impeccable standard and also manage all cleaning services delivered at site. You will work closely with the site team to ensure an excellent level of service is delivered.

Shift:

20 hrs/week - Monday to Friday from 6pm to 10pm

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Cleaner / Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • To clean and service all assigned areas to the highest possible standard at all times.
  • To manage the cleaning team to ensure performance is delivered to an exceptional standard at all times.
  • To ensure assigned cleaning tasks are carried out to the highest possible standard.
  • To ensure cleaning schedules and task cards are up to date and in use so all tasks are covered.
  • To ensure all operatives are presented in line with company grooming standards at all times.
  • To ensure adequate stocks of consumables and materials.
  • To deal with any queries and requests efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • To work in accordance with Company Health and Safety Procedures, adopting safe systems of work.
  • To report any defects in the building or equipment in accordance with site procedures.
  • To deliver regular training to the cleaning team to ensure that knowledge and skills are consistently refreshed and competence is assessed.
  • To liaise with the daytime supervisor to ensure good communication and to offer support as applicable to ensure the smooth running of the site.
