What would you do as a Estate Planning/Trust Administration Paralegal In the Part Time Estate Planning/Trust Administration Paralegal position, you can expect to engage in a variety of tasks that will enhance your legal expertise. Daily responsibilities include drafting estate planning documents such as wills and trusts, conducting legal research, and assisting in the administration of trusts. You’ll collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and respond to inquiries, ensuring a customer-centric experience. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, working approximately 40 hours a month, which provides you with a structured yet flexible work environment.
