Job Summary:
Envision Motors of Milpitas is seeking an experienced Technician to join our team at our dealership in Milpitas, California. As a full-time Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing repairs on all types of used vehicles brought into our service center. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a passion for the automotive industry. Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a salary range of $35 to $60 per hour, paid semi-monthly. Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in ALL vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and troubleshoot problems
  • Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to dealership and manufacturer safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership setting
  • Must have own tools
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
  • Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals and diagrams
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
