Lapota Contracting is expanding into St. George and hiring motivated individuals for a field-based sales position in storm restoration and roofing.

We work directly with homeowners after severe weather, providing professional inspections, restoration services, and full insurance claim support. Our goal is simple: protect homes and make the recovery process easy for our customers.

No prior experience is required. We provide structured training, in-field mentorship, and a proven system to help you succeed.

This is an opportunity to build strong income potential while developing real-world sales and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Speak with homeowners about potential storm or wind damage
  • Educate residents on roofing repair and insurance claim options
  • Schedule free roof inspections with our project managers
  • Track daily activity and performance in our CRM system

This is a full-time, outdoor, field-based role.

Compensation and Growth

  • Weekly commission pay
  • First-year reps typically earn $60,000–$90,000
  • Top performers earn $100,000+
