The role We’re hiring Enterprise Solutions Consultants (ESCs) to help bring some of the world’s largest institutions (think stablecoin issuers, DeFi innovators, and global banks) into the future of crypto finance. You’ll own the journey from onboarding to adoption, unlocking the full power of Cryptio’s enterprise-grade back-office platform. More than just implementation, you’ll be a trusted advisor and problem-solver, combining technical expertise, financial insight, and a consultative mindset to guide clients through complex fund flows, operational challenges, and integrations; ensuring a smooth transition, confident teams, and lasting success from day one. What you’ll do This isn’t just project management. It’s about guiding clients through complexity and helping them adopt crypto at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations - ensuring our customers see value quickly and sustainably. • Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, from kick-off to post-go-live support • Understand each client’s business model and help configure Cryptio to fit their workflows • Map fund flows and align our platform with their reporting and finance stack • Drive adoption by making clients confident, trained, and autonomous by the end of implementation • Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding them through challenges We’re looking for someone who • Has 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, ERP/enterprise software implementation, or financial services (Big 4 or fintech background a plus) • Brings deep subject matter expertise in accounting, reconciliation, loans, and crypto concepts • Has worked in client-facing roles, ideally onboarding or implementing enterprise software • Understands financial workflows, accounting principles, and reporting systems • Is familiar with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture • Communicates equally well with technical teams and executive stakeholders • Takes a consultative, problem-solving approach and thrives in multi-stakeholder environments Why you’ll love this role • You’ll work directly with some of the biggest names in stablecoins, DeFi, and banking; shaping how institutions adopt crypto. • You’ll be more than an implementer.
