Position Overview As a valued member of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to our mission. Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. Email and Document Management: Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. Database Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. File Organization and Maintenance: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. Administrative Support: Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. Remote Work and Availability: Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. Training and Development: Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities. Confidentiality: Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience: Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. Skills: Strong data entry and record-keeping skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish. Additional Education: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
