Come join us!  Available Location: London Role Summary As the Onboarding Lead for EMEA, you will be the architect of the first-year experience for our new hires across the region. You will design, manage, and deliver a world-class onboarding program that integrates new employees into our culture and accelerates their time-to-productivity. Working closely with global peers and regional stakeholders, you’ll balance local nuances with global consistency to ensure every new joiner feels supported and empowered. We are looking for a high-energy program manager who is as comfortable coaching executive speakers as they are diving into the data to measure program success. Role Responsibilities Design and Delivery: Lead the end-to-end creation and facilitation of high-impact onboarding sessions, ensuring content is engaging, culturally relevant for the EMEA region, and aligned with company goals. Program Management: Oversee the operational logistics and lifecycle of the onboarding program, managing timelines, resources, and communications to ensure a seamless experience for all participants. Speaker Coaching and Feedback: Identify, onboard, and coach internal subject matter experts and leadership speakers, providing actionable feedback to ensure their delivery meets high quality and engagement standards. Global Collaboration: Partner closely with Onboarding Leads in other geographies (AMER/APAC) to maintain program consistency while adapting strategies to meet specific regional requirements. Impact Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding journey, utilizing surveys and performance data to drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers across EMEA to align onboarding outcomes with evolving business needs. Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills) Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Program Management, or Sales experience specifically within the EMEA market. Facilitation Excellence: Proven track record of delivering dynamic presentations and facilitating workshops for diverse audiences, ranging from entry-level to executive leadership. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion. Coaching Ability: Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and executive coaching to internal speakers and stakeholders. Self-Organization: Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven, able to prioritize and manage work independently while collaborating effectively with the team to achieve shared goals Data Literacy: Experience using data and analytics tools to measure program ROI and sentiment, with the ability to translate insights into strategic action. Nice-to-Have Skills Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), project management tools, and virtual facilitation tools. Change Management: Experience navigating organizational shifts and scaling programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
