The Production Assistant ensures the smooth and efficient execution of photoshoot activities by managing client communications, coordinating between the headquarters and UK team, and providing on-set and administrative support. The role is responsible for accurate record-keeping, clear translation of client requirements, and timely content management, enabling the creative team to deliver high-quality results. By bridging communication and production needs, the Production Assistant plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the success of the studio’s fast-paced fashion shoots.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>1. Client Communication & Coordination</p><ul><li>Assist with client bookings and communications, ensuring all key information is captured and shared with the team.</li><li>Support coordination between HQ and the UK team to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed efficiently.</li><li>Help translate and interpret client briefs to ensure in house creative team has clear guidance.</li><li>Maintain accurate daily shoot records and track important updates.</li><li>Collect client feedback and escalate any issues that may affect expectations.</li></ul><p>2.
