A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new Early Years Lead at St Bernard?s to support the Senior Leadership Team in the leadership and management of St Bernard?s Catholic Primary School. The new Early Years Lead will take a lead role in developing and implementing the school?s commitment to high quality education for our youngest pupils. This role would suit an experienced Teacher who is looking for that next step in their career.

About the Role
The successful candidate will:
? Teach an EYFS class within the EYFS framework
? Work alongside two experienced Teaching Assistants in a supportive classroom environment
? Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences to meet the needs of all pupils
? Contribute to the nurturing and inclusive ethos of our Early Years setting
? Collaborate closely with colleagues across the school to support pupil progress and development

? Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
? Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and strong early years pedagogy
? Is enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to providing outstanding learning opportunities for young children

? Is committed to promoting the values and ethos of a community-focused school
