Key Responsibilities

  • Moderate and review social media content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments and direct messages in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Analyze community interactions and trends to offer insights for improving moderation performance.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and social media teams to refine content strategies and enhance user engagement.

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
