Duties

  • Conduct friendly and professional door-to-door visits to introduce our products and services to prospective customers
  • Identify customer needs through engaging conversations and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and secure commitments
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads and follow-ups
  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve sales techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales, especially in telemarketing or inside sales roles
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a confident, energetic demeanor
  • Experience in technology or technical sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to explain complex products clearly
