<h2>About the role</h2><p>We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on finance and operations leader to join our Executive Leadership team as Director of Finance & Corporate Services. This role is ideal for someone who has helped build and scale a startup or high-growth organisation and is excited by the challenge of creating structure, systems, and clarity in a fast-evolving environment.</p><p>Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead the organisation’s financial strategy, operational infrastructure, and governance as we continue to scale internationally. You will operate as a strategic partner to leadership while remaining close to execution — building processes, improving visibility, supporting decision-making, and ensuring the company is positioned for sustainable growth.</p><p>This is a broad and high-impact role spanning finance, analytics, legal, people operations, and administration.
