Director/ Digital Communications

In this role, you will lead the global digital communications strategy, shaping how the brand is expressed across social media, influencer programs, and emerging digital channels. You will drive high-impact storytelling, build meaningful audience engagement, and elevate brand presence in a fast-growing, international environment. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional marketing teams, you will align digital initiatives with broader business objectives. You will manage and mentor a high-performing team, while partnering with agencies and external collaborators. Accountabilities:

    • Define, own, and lead a global digital communications strategy across organic social media, influencer partnerships, and emerging platforms
    • Manage and develop the digital communications team, including direct reports and external agency partners
    • Build and scale a global influencer advocacy program to strengthen brand reach, engagement, and credibility
    • Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to track impact, optimize investment, and guide decision-making
    • Analyze channel performance data and continuously refine strategy to maximize effectiveness and business value
    • Set global standards for brand voice, governance, and content quality across digital platforms
    • Oversee crisis communication protocols for social and digital channels, ensuring fast, accurate, and compliant responses
    • Drive close collaboration with product marketing, paid media, content, and public relations teams
    • Monitor competitive trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for differentiation and growth
    • Advise senior leaders on social media strategy to amplify executive presence and brand authority

    • Requirements:
    • Extensive experience leading integrated digital communications strategies for B2B technology or SaaS brands
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with expertise in social media metrics and performance optimization
    • Proven ability to craft compelling digital narratives that engage audiences and drive brand growth
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to align digital initiatives to broader business objectives
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Demonstrated experience managing crisis communications and navigating sensitive situations with sound judgment
    • Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a strong advantage
    • Experience working in remote or distributed environments is preferred
