This individual contributor role focuses on deepening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, managing commercial engagements, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. The successful candidate will be a consultative seller and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of client needs and industry trends.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do in this role</b></p><p>In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.</p><p></p><p><b>Client Relationship Management</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned account, ensuring strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.</li><li>Build and expand relationships beyond traditional buying towers to uncover new opportunities.</li><li>Gain a deep understanding of the client’s business model, challenges, and goals to proactively identify solutions and growth opportunities.</li><li>Conduct regular strategic business reviews with clients to communicate performance, discuss initiatives, and align on business objectives.</li></ul><p><b>Strategic Account Growth</b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute forward-looking account plans that align with client objectives and Concentrix growth targets.</li><li>Identify, develop, and present multi-service proposals, including Concentrix or partner technology solutions.</li><li>Actively manage the sales lifecycle for upsell opportunities: from lead generation to proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closure.</li><li>Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p><b>Commercial & Contract Management</b></p><ul><li>Lead and support contract renewals and commercial negotiations to ensure win-win outcomes.</li><li>Track contract timelines and proactively engage with clients to ensure timely renewals.</li></ul><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales Support, Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure delivery excellence and alignment on client initiatives.</li><li>Provide market and client intelligence to internal teams to inform strategy, product development, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate account data, sales activity, and opportunity pipeline information.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your qualifications </b></p><p>We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
