Digital - Security Compliance Graduate - London

About the role 

As a Security Compliance Professional, you’ll work across our digital portfolio to help us understand and manage risk. You’ll review multiple compliance and security reports, identify emerging risks, and escalate issues to the right technical leads. 

This is an analytical and people focused role. You won’t be building technical solutions yourself, but you will use your technical understanding to spot patterns, ask the right questions, and support teams to reach solutions. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, delivery teams and customer facing units to ensure security is embedded across everything we do. 


What you’ll be doing 

Analyse compliance and security reports to identify risks and gaps. 

Escalate issues and collaborate with technical leads to understand problems and agree next steps. 

Triaging and prioritising issues based on impact and urgency. 

Use data to support decision making and communicate insights clearly.  

Make recommendations to the business on investment and risk management options 

Build strong working relationships across engineering, product and customer facing teams. 


What we’re looking for 

Qualifications 

Degree: 2:2 or above in a tech basedbased subject - for example: Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data, Security Compliance, or Security & Risk Management.
