Design Sales Assistant (part-time)

Step into Magnet as a Design Sales Assistant and help bring dream kitchens to life.

As a Design Sales Assistant in our Clapham showroom, you’ll be the driving force behind an unforgettable customer experience-from the moment our customers walk into the showroom. You’ll take time to understand customer needs and guide them through our stunning showroom, demonstrating Magnet’s products and services.

Please note this role is a 24 hour contract, working 3 days, which will include some weekend working as our showroom is open 7 days.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating a warm welcome for all customers visiting the showroom

  • Inspiring customers as a result of excellent product knowledge

  • Book and manage customer appointments

  • Support Kitchen Sales Designers through the full customer journey

  • Identify opportunities to contribute to store sales targets
