Falls Delivery is proud to announce an industry-leading base wage of $22.50 per hour for our Delivery Associate position.

If you are a safe, reliable, professional driver, are physically capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds, and can complete 200-225 stops, delivering 300-325 packages, at a pace of 25-30 deliveries per hour (10 deliveries every 20 minutes), then we want you on our team!

NOTE: We deliver 7 days a week, 360 days a year. Due to business needs, we are currently only hiring full-time drivers who are able to work every Sunday (in addition to other days).

Falls Delivery, LLC, ( is a veteran-owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We are hiring motivated individuals to deliver Amazon packages in and around Sioux Falls.

This is a regular (W-2) employee position delivering Amazon packages while driving a company vehicle (a cargo van like a Ford Transit or a RAM ProMaster), using a company mobile device, and wearing a company-provided branded uniform.

Approximate working hours are 9:30am to 7:30pm (up to 10 hours per day). Full time is typically 4 days per week, on weekdays and weekends. Part time is 1 or 2 days per week. Employees usually work the same days every week, with a consistent and predictable schedule.

Extra time (5th and 6th day) opportunities are available for high-performers.

This is a very physically demanding / athletic job. Our routes are dense, and require lots of walking (and relatively little driving). A typical route involves making 200-225 stops, and delivering 300-325 packages, at a pace of 25-30 deliveries per hour (10 deliveries every 20 minutes). You must also be physically capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds, and of entering and exiting a delivery vehicle 200 or more times in a day. If you're not into athleticism, physical fitness, healthy eating, and getting adequate sleep, then this job is not for you.

As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure packages are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.

This is not a job with Amazon. Amazon is a global mega-corporation with tons of bureaucracy. This is a job with Falls Delivery, an independent company that has a contract with Amazon to deliver packages in and around Sioux Falls.

Falls Delivery is a local business where positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to getting the job done matters most. The owner's name is Zack, and he delivers too. You will have his cell phone number and see him often.

About the job:

Delivery Associates are full-time employees driving clean and modern company vehicles.
Branded company uniform.
Full time is a 4 day work week. The same days every week.
Part time is 1 or 2 weekend days per week. The same days every week.
Shifts available 7 days per week. Generally, employees are expected to work at least one weekend day each week.
Deliver small packages (< 50 lbs), door-to-door, from our warehouse in Sioux Falls, SD.

Compensation and benefits:

$22.50 / hour base pay.
Bonus program. Our average employee earns significantly more than $22.50 per hour worked. High performers earn more than $29 per hour worked. Target wage is $1,000 per week ($52,000 / year) for a four-day work week, and $1,252 per week ($65,105 / year) for a five-day work week. Employees are normally eligible for the bonus program after completing 30 routes.

Paid overtime after 40 hours per week. Overtime opportunities are regularly available for high performers.

Basic job requirements:

Be at least 21 years old.

Have a valid driver’s license (a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is NOT required).
Pass a 5-panel pre-employment drug test (marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, PCP). This is a safety-sensitive job in accordance with South Dakota law.
Pass pre-employment screening.
Be able to safely operate and navigate a delivery vehicle (cargo van), weighing 10,000 lbs. or less.
Be able to lift and carry parcels up to 50 lbs.
Be able to safely enter and exit a delivery vehicle 200+ times per day.
Be able to successfully use delivery devices and apps to complete daily tasks.
Be reliable, and report to work when scheduled (schedules are published well in advance, and employees usually work the same days every week).
