Overview

As a Bicycle Delivery Driver at our store located in Leeds, you are our ‘Boots on the ground’ and the main face that out fans see outside of the bakery! You give the word ‘Delivery’ a whole new meaning by delivering our Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are. You are an expert in the local delivery area and are focused on delivering a ‘Warm’ experience no matter where you go! Whether in a car, motorbike, moped, scooter or on a bicycle, our delivery drivers brave the elements to make sure that we continue to ‘Own the Night’ through delivery.

 

What will I do as a Delivery Driver?

  • Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with our fans in person or by phone
  • Let your personality shine by giving each fan a warm experience with a smile
  • Ensure all orders are delivered fast, warm, and accurately
  • Cleaning, sanitising, and maintaining all delivery equipment
  • Follow all delivery procedures
  • Use Insomnia’s delivery app to company standards to provide accurate information to customers
  • When not out delivering, you will work as a member of our Cookie Crew in the Bakery delivering excellent service and baking the perfect cookie

Desired skills/experience

  • At least 1-year prior experience as a bike messenger or delivery driver
  • Must have your own bike in working order
  • Must have your own smartphone with data package
  • Experience in a customer facing environment
  • Fun loving, genuine, outgoing demeanour
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
  • Must be 18 years or older
