Position Overview

The Data Entry Specialist – First Shift at remotehirings is responsible for operating the Production Control Booth, capturing, validating, and disseminating critical production data. This role ensures that information flows seamlessly between engineering, logistics, and field operations, enabling timely decision‑making and flawless execution of aircraft maintenance projects.

  • Production Control Booth Management: Initiate and monitor the daily production schedule, entering work orders, part numbers, and status updates into the central MRO system.
  • Data Accuracy & Validation: Verify the correctness of incoming data from suppliers, technicians, and quality inspectors before it is uploaded to the system.
  • Real‑Time Reporting: Generate and distribute shift reports, highlighting bottlenecks, inventory shortages, and any deviations from the planned workflow.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Liaise with the Production Control Manager, logistics coordinators, and engineering leads to resolve data discrepancies and ensure alignment across teams.
