As a Cyber Security Analyst Intern with the Information Security Team, you will work with individuals across the organization to help advance IEX's Cyber Security posture. This is a cross-functional opportunity where you will be able to leverage your technical, analytical, and soft skills to help IEX set new standards and raise the bar for performance, fairness, and transparency.

Your Background:

  • Undergraduate working towards a degree related to Information Security, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree with less than 2 years until graduation
  • Familiarity with technology and security topics including but not limited to operating systems, network security, protocols, application security, infrastructure hardening, and security baselines
  • Comfortable using Excel and learning cybersecurity tools including vulnerability scanners, SIEM and DLP solutions
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, utilize your critical thinking skills to identify and solution for security related events, ask questions and independently research solutions to find the answers and apply them to your work

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay is $35.00/hour for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
