The Role As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers using the company’s online marketplace. You will manage a wide range of enquiries, build trusted relationships, and ensure that every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. You will work closely with internal teams across operations, logistics, finance, sales, and support to resolve issues, manage escalations, and deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
