Job Description


What Will You Be Doing?

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications.
  • Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns.
  • Supporting administrative tasks.

You’ll be an important part of our team, working to resolve customer issues and making sure we meet their expectations.

Who Are We Looking For?

This role is perfect for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can remain calm under pressure, as you'll sometimes need to find the right words to resolve customer issues.

This position involves making calls to customers and handling various administrative tasks, so having a friendly phone manner along with strong written and verbal communication skills is a must. The ability to quickly learn computer systems and a genuine interest in technology are essential!

Above all, you will be a passionate team player who takes pride in delivering a memorable experience to our customers.


Qualifications


Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods of time
  • A passion for helping others and your team
  • Experience using a point of sales system is beneficial
  • An interest in tech
