Job Position Description:

Part-Time Floater

This position is responsible for filling in for call offs, vacations, product/equipment delivery and locations needing additional help with detailing. This position gives a guaranteed minimum of 2.5 hours and maximum of 6 hours working when scheduled at $13/hr.

Perform duties for facilities using provided crystal clear cleaning products, tools, and procedures, and/or product delivery, laundry drop pickup/drop off.

Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows and cleaning and moving light furniture and equipment etc.

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Use proper PPE where required.

Opens and locks facilities, enables and disables security systems as required.

Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

The ability to be flexible, work at a fast-paced and in a multi-tasked job is necessary.

Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.

Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.

Training and translating any assisting new team members.

Must obtain a valid drivers license and good driving record.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, driving to multiple locations, twisting, reaching overhead, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and/or carry 25lbs.

Ability to read cleaning instructions, navigate city roads

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.

Working schedule: Monday - Friday, Rotating Saturdays

In-time: 5:00pm and later

Job Type: Part-time
