Position Overview

  • We are seeking a Curriculum Developer to design and refine engaging English and Communication Skills programs for K–12 learners. You will develop structured lessons, activities, and assessments focused on:
  • Spoken English & Fluency
  • Public Speaking & Debating
  • Creative & Academic Writing
  • Storytelling, Persuasion, and Presentation Skills
  • 21st Century Communication Skills (interviews, group discussions, digital presence, etc.)

This role will directly shape the next generation of confident communicators across the globe.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design interactive, standards-aligned curriculum across English and Communication domains.
  • Create lesson plans, scripts, activities, and assessments tailored for live online classes.
  • Develop practice modules for speaking, writing, and presentation with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, product managers, and designers to ensure content is engaging, inclusive, and scalable.
  • Integrate technology, gamification, and AI tools into curriculum design.
  • Continuously update content based on student performance, teacher feedback, and global best practices.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, Communications, or Linguistics.
  • 2+ years of experience in curriculum development / instructional design.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with public speaking, creative writing, debate, or drama pedagogy preferred.
  • Experience with online learning platforms / authoring tools is a plus.
  • Passion for empowering children and teens to express themselves with confidence.
