SUMMARY
The General Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily operations and maintaining a clean, organized facility. This position focuses on customer interaction, teamwork, and operational support while participating in training and development programs designed to build confidence, communication skills, and professional growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Experience & Customer Service
  • Provide a world-class guest experience during every customer interaction.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.
  • Assist guests with questions, services, and overall customer support.

Training & Development
