CQC Registered Manager
Registered Manager / Nominated Individual – Supported Living Service
We are currently seeking an experienced and committed Registered Manager / Nominated Individual to support the registration and leadership of our supported living service.
The successful candidate will work with us to register the service with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and must be willing and able to complete the CQC Fit Person Interview as part of the registration process.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Registered Manager for the supported living service.
Work with the provider to complete and submit the CQC registration application.
Successfully attend and pass the CQC Fit Person Interview.
Ensure the service operates in compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards.
Oversee governance, safeguarding, and quality of care.
Support staff supervision, policies, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Experience working in supported living, mental health, or adult social care.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
Previous experience as a Registered Manager (preferred).
Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Leadership (or working towards it).
Ability to act as the Nominated Individual representing the provider.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality support services and helping establish a safe, compliant, and person-centred supported living environment.
